Original shell

Yes, this is what it looked like at the start of a 2 year total restoration. I started with this shell because most of the rust repairs had already been completed.

The first thing I did was to completely strip everything from the shell. Then I made a rotisserie with an A frame attached to the front and rear of car. This enables the shell to be turned 360 degrees, so repairs can be done from any angle without crawling under the car.

New Genuine Toyota sill panels were fitted. New sills? - unheard of!
